Our client, an AI-driven technology company is hiring a full-time HR Generalist - Global Experience to join its team on-site in New York City. This role supports both U.S. and global HR operations, working with international teams across Canada, the UK, and Australia. You'll also assist with office coordination and executive administrative support.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City (NYC).
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Hands-on experience with global HR operations or international team support
- Experience with BambooHR and Lever
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across time zones
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD a plus
