Role Description
WARP, a portfolio company of UP.Partners, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Client Success to lead and expand WARP’s account management function. This leadership role will drive the growth and retention of our most critical customer relationships, ensuring that Fortune 1000 clients realize the full value of WARP’s innovative logistics solutions. As the Head of Client Success, you will own the strategy and execution of all account management efforts, fostering deep client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and maintaining WARP’s position as a trusted logistics partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy that strengthens relationships with key clients and drives long-term value.
- Executive Relationship Management : Serve as the primary executive liaison for major accounts, building trust and ensuring alignment between client goals and WARP’s capabilities.
- Revenue Growth and Retention : Drive account expansion opportunities while ensuring renewals by consistently delivering measurable value to clients.
- Team Development : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing account management team that embodies WARP’s customer-centric values.
- Data-Driven Account Insights : Analyze account performance metrics to identify trends, predict challenges, and proactively offer tailored solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams—including operations, product, technology, and sales—to deliver seamless service and drive innovation for clients.
- Customer Advocacy : Act as the voice of the customer within WARP, ensuring client feedback shapes our service offerings and strategic direction.
