Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
  • Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Implement food handling procedures to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are met.
  • Coordinate with banquet and catering teams to plan and execute special events effectively.
  • Evaluate the performance of kitchen staff regularly, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling practices, and kitchen management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in banquet and catering operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Exceptional creativity with a passion for creating unique dishes that delight guests.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments within the establishment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
