Role: As a Bookkeeper, you will provide financial support and record keeping support for our clients and properties. This is done by recording daily financials, maintaining filing systems, reconciling bank statements, help managing accounts payable/receivable, and processing invoices and other payments.
Compensation: $50,000 per year

Essential Functions:
- Verifies and posts accounts receivable and accounts payable information; generates checks.
- Prepare financial statements including but not limited to income statements, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports.
- Reconciles bank statements.
- Reconciles and closes books monthly.
- Maintains budget spreadsheets for analysis of actual performance against budget.
- Performs general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll duties.
- Performs daily banking procedures.
- Communicate (both in verbal and written form) with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts.
- Prepares required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reports.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Data-faction experience a plus.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized to ensure accuracy of financials.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions and payroll returns.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
