Compensation : $48,000 / per year compensation for travel expenses

Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, to showcase our properties, dining experiences, and hospitality offerings across digital platforms. This will require travel to different properties (VA, WV, MD, KY).
• Develop engaging written and visual content tailored for social media channels, websites, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain guests.
• Collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to design and implement comprehensive content strategies that highlight the unique aspects of each venue.
• Edit and optimize video and photo content to ensure alignment with brand standards and audience preferences.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets according to campaign deadlines.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to continuously improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Explore and incorporate innovative trends and tools in digital media to keep Taylor Hospitality at the forefront of the industry.
