Seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the owner who has businesses in multiple fields including Event Production, Arts Education, Real Estate Management, and non-profit work. The Executive Assistant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive administrative support and personal assistance
- Strong organizational skills and effective calendar management
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with event planning and project coordination
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in bookkeeping and data entry is a plus
Duties include
- Manage communication on behalf of Executive
- Manage schedule of appointments on behalf of Executive
- Delegate lower priority tasks to appropriate employees within the companies
- Assist in meeting all company objectives
- Travel with Executive between business locations across AZ, primarily in Maricopa, and Yavapai counties
- Attend weekly staff meetings and monitor tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
