- Installation, programming and commissioning of new HVAC building automation systems and/or retrofits
- Oversee ongoing installation and completion of projects in a timely manner, that meet the project or customers requirements
- Generate new programs to meet the project specifications
- Modify existing programs to accomplish the customers needs
- Service, troubleshoot and repair existing BAS
- Integration with existing BAS using a Tridium based supervisor
- Preform owner's training at the completion of a project or as needed for customer support
- Assist customers with issues and develop a solutions for any situation that may arise with their HVAC BAS
- Generate custom graphics, trends and alarms for customer/project specific applications
- Follow all company policies and maintain a safe work/driving record
