What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper Accountant position at Upfresh Kitchen Highland Creek?
Be a member of the Accounting Team. You will assist with the following:
-Data entry of posting clients bank transactions (QuickBooks or Xero)
- Assist Principal Accountant with monthly duties
- Familiarize with client reports that are needed to be printed on a quarterly basis
- Ensure Bank and Credit Cards Balances agree to Month End Statement
- Ability to be trained and obtained an understanding of the financial reporting requirement
- Knowledgeable of Balance Sheet & Income Statement (Debit and Credit)
- Must take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, great prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely organized and willing/open to learning new skills
- Can handle deadlines
- Very professional, presentable, outgoing and can work well with a team
You must have basic knowledge of how to use EXCEL, such as adding and subtracting. This also means you will be able to set the margins to ensure the spreadsheet can be printed.
Please note, our office is an iMac environment. We will not train how to use a computer and Excel.
