Overview of the Role:
Our client is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, playing an integral part in supporting company growth. Responsibilities:
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
- Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts across various companies on a monthly basis.
- Handle financial write-ups on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and process payroll and sales tax returns.
- Record and adjust journal entries with precision.
- Assist with business license renewals and ensure compliance.
- Prepare W-2 and 1099 forms as required.
- Support wire transfer operations.
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
