What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at UPG?
We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! This role will assist the sales team in driving sales around existing business and will assist in lead generation around new business. The Inside Sales Representative will work on creating marketing collateral, RFPs, and sales analysis. The right candidate is a sales-minded individual who is a quick learner, self-motivated, thorough researcher and possesses an eagerness to learn about sales. This position will report into the VP of Sales.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Various sales support duties like researching and prospect prices, companies and contacts through internal and external resources.
- Assist with completion of specific paperwork for customers including purchase orders, order forms, etc.
- Assist with preparation and potentially attend important client meetings with sales team.
- Keep an organized and detailed inventory record.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong capability to prioritize tasks and sty well organized.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, able to 'keep cool and calm' in a rapid setting.
- Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.
- Motivated to perform at a high level, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
