Primary Duties and Responsibilities |
- Oversee data backup and system security operations
- Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
- Assess system performance and recommend improvements
- Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
- Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
- Control costs and budgets regarding IT in line with a commodities business
- Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses
- Develop IT policies and practices

Position Requirements |
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business
- Extensive IT Ops experience
- Travel up to 30% as needed for site visits.
