Position Duties
*Ability to manage people in a professional manner & maintain efficiency in the service department.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Provide excellent customer service. We want you to be the "go to" person.
*Face to face & on the phone communication with customers maintaining a respectful & positive attitude.
*Provide effective communication to customers regarding their service needs.
*Assist our service technicians in obtaining parts for their jobs.
*Work closely with customers to obtain necessary authorization & documentation for their service work.
Complete invoicing & collection procedures in a timely manner.
*Assist in maintaining all department tools, equipment & keeping your department clean & orderly.
*Follow up calls with customers regarding any service specials.
*Adapting to more responsibilities as they present themselves.
