We seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Emergency Trauma Services to lead our team in Modesto, California. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a current Registered Nursing license for the state of California, and three to five years of management experience in an emergency or trauma setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Trauma Services department.
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage and mentor a team of nursing and support staff.
