Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Manage and oversee medical / surgical and telemetry units, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Handle high patient volumes efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and patients.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills for various administrative tasks.
- Apply a solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation in all communications.
- Perform calculations for proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference, and volume.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
