Base Salary - $142,646 to $176,800

Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Manager for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to neonates. This full-time, day-shift position requires a dynamic individual to oversee the daily operations of the NICU and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the NICU nursing staff and activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to optimize patient care.
- Provide direct patient care as needed and act as a clinical resource for the team.
- Oversee staff development and provide ongoing education and training.
