We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our team. Responsibilities

Experience
- A valid LADC license is required.
- Proven experience in addiction counseling or related fields such as social work or behavioral health is preferred.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and treatment planning methodologies.
- Experience in conducting individual group counseling and facilitating group therapy sessions.
- Strong skills in crisis intervention and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques is highly desirable.
