Are you an experienced creative professional that has a knack for building iconic brands and industry-leading creative teams? UPLIFT Desk, an eCommerce leader in standing desks, ergonomic accessories, and office furnishings based in Austin, TX, is looking for a seasoned Creative Services Leader to join our team. In this role, you will work across the Uplift Desk organization, including :
- Working with our leadership team to understand the intricacies and DNA of the UPLIFT Desk Brand,
- Collaborating with channel managers (ie. Website, Demand Creation, Product, Sales, etc.) to understand and amplify departmental priorities and projects, and
- Leading our Creative Services Department in the effective delivery of marketing initiatives that are on budget, on brand, and on time.
This role will include management of the Creative Services Department overseeing all creative aspects, including graphic design, 3D graphics, copywriting, video, and photography, while managing a small team of skilled professionals (internal and external) in our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your goal will be to deliver industry-leading and engaging creative assets to fulfill the needs of multiple departments, including marketing, sales, and product.
Success in this role will require an optimal balance of 1) creativity (delivering on-brand), 2) project management / leadership (managing a portfolio of projects that need to be delivered on budget and on time), and 3) business acumen (an exceptional ability to prioritize projects that will have the highest business impact). This role requires the ability to be a good cultivator of the internal department combined with an existing portfolio of external connections and resources that can be efficiently leveraged – when necessary – to amplify our creative capabilities and deliver on our creative needs. The optimal leader should bring a strong strategic vision and innovative approach to elevate our brand to new heights.
