What you will do
- Plan and coordinate customer meetings (calls, virtual, face-to-face) according to the target list
- Meet sales and profitability in line with the targets for the Graphics Solution business unit
- Manage customer portfolio to deliver required sales growth and profitability level, negotiate business terms and annual agreements with customers, and provide sales forecasts to our internal stakeholders
- Consistently involve relevant parts of the organization, including Graphics Business Unit, Region Teams, Customer Service and Technical team, to support customer activity
- Provide market and business intelligence on customer activity, competitor information and actions, end-user information, and requirements
- Keep accounts receivable at target level and act in case of overdue, collect customers’ balance sheets and any other needed documents for credit control
- Provide product consultancy and training upon customers’ needs, provide account plans, and ensure the delivery of the actions to develop customers' business
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions and continuously develop the skills and knowledge required for this role
