Associate Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations

UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation is engaged in its first comprehensive campaign, “This Moment”. With a focus on raising philanthropic dollars to support the people and programs of UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, the Foundation is looking for a new team member to join the Corporate and Foundation Relations team within our Development Department. We are hiring an Associate Director to work at the Foundation headquarters at TechMill. The Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation will report to the Director and be responsible for generating revenue from corporate and foundation sources to support the Hospital’s funding priorities. Working closely with the Director, the Associate Director will identify prospects, build relationships, and secure donations to enhance the Corporate and Foundation Relations program. The role involves managing partnerships, crafting proposals, and collaborating with various departments to drive engagement and revenue from local, national, and international donors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects to meet revenue targets and support Hospital priorities.
• Represent the Foundation at community events and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with the Director to set annual and long-term goals for corporate and foundation relations.
• Work with colleagues across programs to foster creativity, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Manage multiple relationships, priorities, and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals and stewardship reports on time.
• Ensure excellent relationship management, clear communication, and accurate tracking of gifts.
