UPMC Western Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to support Twin Lakes in Somerset. PA.
The Behavioral Health Therapist Associate will provide clinical treatment services to the targeted populations, including a comprehensive needs assessment and provision of case management services including assessment, service linkage, resource development, coordination of all services received, and advocacy.
The shift for this position will vary between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and 9:30 am - 6:00 pm depending on staffing needs. The incumbent will also work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Connects with potential clients, monitors and addresses engagement barriers.
- Data Collection & Documentation: Gathers necessary data, conducts assessments, and maintains accurate case records.
- Treatment Planning & Implementation: Collaborates on treatment plans, updates based on patient needs, and completes clinical documentation.
- Therapy & Education: Provides individual/group therapy, engages families, and educates on recovery.
- Team Collaboration: Works with treatment team, attends meetings, and coordinates continuity of care.
- Service Referrals: Refers patients to appropriate services and community programs.
- Quality Assurance: Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
