Key Responsibilities:
- Early Childhood Education: Plan and facilitate a 3-hour program twice a week using Pennsylvania Education Standards and evidence-based curriculum.
- Caseload Management: Service 25 to 40 families through home visits and non-home visits, ensuring at least one home visit per month.
- Child Development Screenings: Conduct two screenings per child annually using appropriate developmental tools.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
- Transportation: Transport families to various appointments when possible.
