Responsibilities:

- Maintain the formulary and promote rational drug therapy.
- Review patient medication records for allergies, interactions, and duplications.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and interns.
- Follow all regulatory, professional, and quality standards in pharmaceutical care.
