Responsibilities:
- Focus on customer service and continually strive to perform the duties of their job in a manner that will result in optimal patient satisfaction
- Exhibit proven ability to facilitate change
- Receive and greet visitors and interacts with courier daily
- Identify, develop and participate in process improvement opportunities within the home health agency that will enhance the quality of service we provide
- Attend compliance training and adheres to the organization standards of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Process outgoing mail and separate mail to appropriate locations
- Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate staff or takes message
- Type and proof correspondence, minutes and reports as directed
- Relay information from patients, hospitals, physicians, families and visitors by phone or voicemail.
- Perform duties and job responsibilities in a fashion which coincides with the service management philosophy of UPMC/Jefferson Regional Home Health, L.P. towards patients, visitors, staff, peers, physicians and other departments within the organization.
Travel: Every three weeks, travel to the Greene County office on Mondays & Wednesdays.
