Job Description
This position involves operating Mixer at a high efficiency level, handling raw materials, maintaining work area, monitoring all functions of Mixer, and communicating with the lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, multitasking/prioritizing, and paying attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to work a 12-hour shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a high school education or equivalent, basic computer skills, and basic mechanical and technical skills. Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably 1-3 years, is preferred but not required.
