UPP Global is a growing full-service parking management company with expertise in all verticals of parking. We are active in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations and counting! Currently, we are looking for multiple Part-time&Full-time Valet Attendants to provide excellent guest services, ensure parking regulations followed at our premier hotels located in Clearwater , Madeira Beach & Treasure Island, FL.

Position Key Highlights, Description, Responsibilities and Requirements :

Full-time & Part-time position available. Hiring for a mix of morning, nights, weekdays and weekends. (Priority hire for Overnights and days shifts)
Opportunity for day shifts and full-time hours will be discussed after a short probationary period.
Earn $16 - $25 / hr. (Combination of base hourly wage and CASH TIPS!)

A UPP, Valet Parking Attendants play a vital role in the success of the company. They are the first person to greet and welcome our clients and customers, and the last person they'll interact with upon departure. A pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance! Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome guests, opening the door as they arrive.

Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients

Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner

Be responsible for parking and retrieving guests vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner

Assist guests with bell service, directions, taxis, reservations, information about meeting rooms and / or amenities of the facility and other inquiries as needed

Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during arrival and departure

Transport guests via the hotel shuttle service

Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival

Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements :

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY

Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day

Must be able to stand on feet for long hours

Must provide excellent customer service

Must have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift

Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds

Must possess a current drivers' license and maintain a clean driving record

Must have a good work ethic and be a team player

Must maintained and groomed, professional appearance

Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check

Benefits : (Note : To be eligible for the full benefits package, one must work an average of at least 30 / hours a week.)
