Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood is currently looking for passionate and energetic Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants) to join our team in our Albany and Troy Health Center locations. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Clinician to join our team for Saturday Hours in our Albany Center!If you have a passion for providing excellent patient care in a supportive and diverse environment, Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood is the place to be!Planned Parenthood takes pride in the personalized, attentive care we provide to all our patients. We have a dedicated team of staff that understands the importance of accessible and affordable healthcare.In this role, you will provide services in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the context of a comprehensive reproductive health visit in accordance with Planned Parenthood standards and guidelinesYou will also provide relevant health instruction, which includes but is not limited to:
- Family planning
- Nutrition
- Sexual counseling; including HIV testing and counseling, and principles of health promotion and maintenance.
- All aspects of patient care must be presented factually and un-biased, including birth control options and abortion.
This position is for our Albany Center on Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Current NYS licensed, board certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
A specialty and/or experience in the OB/GYN field preferred
NextGen practice management experience a plus!
Experience serving diverse clients
Bilingual skills also a plus!
New staff are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received their booster before employment. UHPP also requires employees to be vaccinated against the flu. Exemptions will be made for medical reasons with documentation held in our HR office.
Salary : $500
