Summary:
Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking an individual to hold a dual role Call Center/Front Office Patient Service Representative. This position is often a first contact a patient has with the organization and interacts and assists patients by telephone and in-person to schedule appointments, register patients, answer and route questions to the appropriate clinic staff, and update patient information.
Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Provides excellent customer services, primarily by telephone.
- Creates telephone and web encounters for all patient contacts outside of standard scheduling.
- Maintains clinic documentation by ensuring all required patient forms are complete, distributed and scanned as needed.
- Collaborates with other PSRs, clinical, and administrative staff.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience working in a service industry or administrative role providing excellent customer service.
- Experience utilizing an electronic health record system, preferred.
- Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
