What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager position at Upper Valley Nighthawks?
The Upper Valley Nighthawks are excited to welcome applicants for the position Graphic Design Manager for the summer 2025 season, with a start date of June 1st and end date ranging between August 1st and August 10th.
As the Social Media Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working with the Director of Creative Content and Graphic Design Manager to manage all social media accounts, including live photo uploads and other visual storytelling throughout the season.
- Assist in the daily management and oversight of the creative team.
- Contribute your individual specialty to the Nighthawks creative team (photo, video, graphics, written).
- Have the freedom to work on a personal project throughout the season (portfolio builder, feature story, etc.).
Skills Needed:
- Experience with Meta Suite
- Posting and scheduling posts and stories
- intricate details of account management such as cover photos and correct formatting for story vs post
- Live uploads/posts during games
- Photo editing experience a plus
