- Upper Valley Services is a person-centered program.
- Service Coordinators meet at least monthly with the shared living provider and participant in their home to support and manage various aspects of the state-required expectations to ensure a healthy environment that meets the participant’s goals and needs.
- Mix of field work and main office in Randolph.
- Background checks are required
- Must have valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Generous benefits, holiday schedule and compensation package
- Thorough initial and ongoing training for Service Coordinators
- M-F 8am-4pm and occasional evening or weekend availability
- College degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- A $500 hiring bonus will be offered to the selected candidate at the time of hire and another $500 bonus after successfully completing 6 consecutive months in the position.
