We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with order entry and proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk activities such as greeting visitors and assisting with sales invoices, payments, billing, etc.
- Maintain files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain office with light cleaning, inventory, organizing sales room, breakroom, supplies.
- Material sales and estimates, invoicing, light accounting.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales office setting.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling calls professionally.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills and able to handle multiple customers and situations.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Programs, Andriod, and be tech saavy.
- Have a welcoming voice and dimeanor.
