Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations & Microsoft Solutions Specialist to oversee and optimize our workers' compensation insurance operations.
This role combines operational expertise with proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Power Automate to enhance software implementations, refine business processes, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to document processes, foster inter- departmental collaboration, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
They will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, resolving issues, and training team members while continuously seeking workflow and reporting optimizations. A background in workers' compensation insurance is preferred.
This is a full-time position and is onsite.
Job Responsibilities
- Software Implementation & Management: Lead the implementation of business software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Thoroughly understand, document, and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement more efficient workflows.
- Automation & Efficiency: Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to automate manual tasks, enhancing accuracy and productivity.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI to provide actionable insights.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor systems and processes, identifying and resolving operational or technical issues promptly.
- Training & Support: Educate and assist team members in adopting new tools and workflows effectively.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align operation strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and efficiency optimization.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerBI (data visualization, reporting) and Power
- Automate (workflow automation, integrations).

- Familiarity with workers' compensation insurance operations and regulatory compliance, preferred.
- Experience Required
- Experience in Microsoft Automate and Power BI reporting in a corporate or operational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.).
- Background in project management or business process optimization.
- 3-5 years in an operations specialist role.
- Knowledge of WC operations and production management, including relevant experience is highly preferred but not required.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
