Role Description

At Upscale Lawncare Inc., a Maintenance Division Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of maintenance service accounts. This role focuses on account retention, upselling additional services, conducting property evaluations, and acting as the main point of contact for clients. The Account Manager works closely with the Maintenance Operations Manager and Production Manager to ensure seamless service execution and optimal client experience.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or client service.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance practices, turf management, and seasonal landscaping needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling software, and estimating tools.
