Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Newville, PA
Pay Rate: $45 per hour (per diem shifts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Newville, PA on a per diem basis. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician
- Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN in Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
