What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Systems Analyst position at Upson Regional Medical Center?
The Clinical Support Analyst assists users of the clinical modules in planning, troubleshooting, testing, training and understanding the Meditech software. The analyst serves as a resource person for the daily operational issues of the hospital’s clinical systems and is expected to spend the bulk of the time in user/applications support. The analyst is responsible for the design and development of custom screens, menus, and reports. For systems support purposes, clinical departments are defined as the following: All Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory, Respiratory, Physical Therapy, EMS, Pharmacy, Remote Clinics, Speech/Audiology, Cardiac Rehab, Risk Management, and Infection Control. Also, Medical Records and Utilization Management require both Financial and Clinical support.
Requirements: Associates degree and two years of clinical experience with one year of Meditech applications experience.
