Responsibilities: Reporting to our VP of Sales and Marketing, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Responds to inbound telephone and email inquiries, orders, and requests for information
- Assist with customer service needs and correspondence
- Processes transactions in applicable CRM / ERP system(s)
- Creates and update Purchase and Sales orders
- Sends sales campaigns to existing customers and new prospects
- Prepare and distribute information on new product availability
- Providing administrative support to the Trading team and helping with the day-to-day

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum three (2) years of business development
- Working knowledge of all MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Previous ERP / CRM system preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources

Salary : $66,000
