We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification, qualification, and onboarding of new clients. This role requires a proactive approach to building prospect lists, engaging with potential clients through cold calling, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to account hand-off. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for executing trades and providing support to the trading team, ensuring that all processes are compliant and that clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Build and maintain a robust list of leads
- Conduct cold calls to engage and qualify prospects.
- Follow up with warm leads on the same day to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Lead Management & Compliance:
- Track and manage leads through the compliance process
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Account Management & Handoff:
- Ensure a seamless transition of qualified accounts to account managers.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the process.
- Sales Enablement:
- Conduct best-in-class Sales Kick-Off (SKO) meetings to align goals and strategies.
- Complete Platform Gold demos to showcase product capabilities
- Trading & Support:
- Execute trading activities for a minimum of two hours per day, with increased focus when the trading team is short-staffed.
- Serve as a backup for traders when they are out of the office.
- Support a minimum of 10 cases per day, addressing client inquiries and issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successfully transition a minimum of 35 accounts per month to account managers with a target of 60 accounts per month
- Execute a minimum of two hours of trading daily (more when the trading team is short)
- Support and resolve a minimum of 10 cases per day.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including compliance and account managers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and the ability to execute trades.
- Knowledge of compliance processes
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to overachieve targets and KPIs.

Commission Bonus:
- $100 Bonus: Awarded for each lead successfully transitioned to an Account Manager under the following conditions:
- Successful Qualification: Lead must meet all qualification standards. Lead must be a new entity and not a newly formed LLC of an existing account.
- Compliance Completion: Lead must complete all required compliance processes.
- Profile Completion: Lead must have a fully completed profile in the NetSuite (NS) system.
- Document Submission: Required qualification documents must be uploaded in NS.
- Best-in-Class Demo and Sales Kick-off: Lead must have participated in and completed a best-in-class Platform Gold demo and Sales Kick-off.
- Transition: The lead must be successfully transitioned to an Account Manager.
Important Note:
- Leads that do not fully meet all of the above criteria are not eligible for the bonus. Only fully qualified and processed leads will be considered for commission.
This structure ensures that bonuses are tied to high-quality leads that are thoroughly prepared for the next stage of the sales process.
