SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are currently looking for the a full-time Payroll Specialist responsible for full cycle in-house weekly payroll processing for approximately 100 employees, including processing of payroll taxes and garnishments.
In addition, the Payroll Specialist will manage all aspects of certified payroll processing and reports.
This position will interact with several employees and serve as the point person for all pay-related matters.
In addition to payroll, the position will also assist with Human Resources and payroll related audits.
Compensation: $55K-$65K, commensurate with experience

- Weekly payments to tax agencies, 401(k), trust, and 3rd party garnishment agencies
- Benefits tracking and reconciliation
- Quarterly/Annual Tax Filings
- Payroll related audits
Compensation: $55K-$65K, commensurate with experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have at least 3 years of in-house construction payroll processing experience.
- MUST have full cycle certified payroll experience.
- Accounting experience preferred.
- Sage Construction software a plus.
