Salary: $220,000 - $280,000

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine? Upstate Family Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Care Center (FQHC) located in the heart of the Mohawk Valley in Utica, NY, is looking for you!

Position Overview

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment with strong, supportive staff and dedicated scribe services. We welcome recent graduates and encourage PGY2 and PGY3 Family Medicine residents to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, specialists, and community resources.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in New York State
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model
• Eligibility for J1 Visa sponsorship for international medical graduates
