Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CFO to oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Participate in the development and execution of financial strategies to support business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and manage key finance functions such as accounting, treasury, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making and business performance improvements.
- Assist in managing relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and external audits.
- Prepare for a seamless transition to the CFO role by gaining in-depth knowledge of financial processes, operational goals, and strategic priorities.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditure projects as needed.
- Drive process improvements to enhance financial performance, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's or CPA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably in manufacturing or recycling industries.
