Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company's overarching goals.
- Lead the finance department, managing cash, financial planning, and budgeting processes.
- Compile and present precise quarterly and annual financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.
- Ensure all financial and tax reporting complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and external partners.
- Guide the creation of budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights to maximize financial performance and opportunities.
- Engage in critical decision-making as part of the executive management team.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and the development of long-term financial strategies with your team.
- Set up and refine internal controls and protocols for financial information and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is essential.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in financial management within sizable organizations.
- Deep understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles, and Automated Financial and Accounting Reporting Systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various financial management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams to high performance.
