Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into and develop our company culture. The COO will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the owners to drive operational excellence and ensure the continued growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations:
• Manage and supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, sales, customer service, and administration.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on work performed by staff members.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
• Strategic Planning & Development:
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business plans and strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Develop and implement new systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talented employees.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee and manage the company's budget and financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals.
• Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• "Chief Reminding Officer":
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks.
• Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
• Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
