Who You Are

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated Shift Lead to join our growing Client Relations team. As a Shift Lead, you'll play a key leadership role—coaching and supporting a small team of client relations staff to create a collaborative, high-morale, and solutions-focused environment. If you're passionate about people, love animals, and excel in fast-paced settings, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Lead, you'll help ensure the smooth daily operations of our client-facing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating closely with the Client Services Manager to maintain efficient workflows and a positive department atmosphere

• Delegating responsibilities and assigning workstations to ensure optimal coverage

• Monitoring staff breaks and ensuring compliance with schedule

• Providing real-time conflict resolution and escalating concerns when necessary

• Supporting performance management by gathering feedback and participating in reviews

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a veterinary or human medical field

• Ability to multitask while remaining calm, professional, and customer-focused

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to lead and build rapport

• Commitment to high-quality service with integrity, compassion, and empathy

• Basic proficiency with computer systems

Schedule:

• Sunday–Wednesday, daytime hours
