Client Relationship Manager:
Description:
The Client Relationship Manager is a self-starter, highly organized and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
They must be able to handle a variant of tasks simultaneously, be able to think ahead to anticipate needs, be highly detail oriented with diligent follow up and follow through, be able to work under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, manage day-to-day activities as well as special projects, and juggle conflicting demands.
Essential Function:
- Oversee advisor calendar and scheduling of conference rooms
- Maintain client contact records and orderly workflow for advisors
- Schedule appointments and welcome clients
- Review weekly upcoming client meetings and delegate and assist preparation of client file for the meeting
- Research information needed for client meetings. Prepare documents, notes, and presentation materials, as needed
- Complete Investment Account openings and Insurance Applications
- Follow up with clients verbally and in writing to obtain required information
- Follow up on all New Business and Service items to ensure accounts are In Good Order and all tasks are completed
- Prepare paperwork for client signature
- Update and follow up on all Tracking Logs
- Upload and file new documents to the appropriate client weekly
- Complete Mobile Check Deposit as needed
Results Expected:
- Professional disposition with clients
- Accurately complete all Paperwork in a timely manner
- Ensure all Tracking Logs are current and accurate
- All actionable items are being followed up on and resolved in a timely manner
- Accurately maintain client files
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
- This position will assist in overseeing the workload of the Client Service Representatives and Administrative Assistant.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours:
This is a part-time, in-person position with the possibility of full-time. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday. This position is classified as non-exempt.
Travel:
No travel is required for this position.
