UpSwell is seeking a National Account Manager to manage client campaigns, oversee order processing, and ensure seamless execution for national and franchise-level accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to for managing and processing client orders—flawlessly and on time.
- Keep campaigns running smoothly with tracking numbers, suppression lists, and match-back analysis.
- Own national and franchise-level monthly orders, from route selection to creative approvals.
- Verify tracking numbers, QR codes, and landing pages (because details matter!).
- Follow up with clients, making sure their campaigns hit the mark.
- Send pre-campaign and postal verification emails to keep everyone in the loop.
- Assist with ROI Tool setup and reporting, ensuring clients see their results.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving and deliver top-notch client experiences.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in client support, account management, or 5 years of relevant work experience (with 2 years at UpSwell).
- Proficiency in UpSwell tools and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
