This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Oil & Gas company rotating to Brighton, CO.
Location: Based out of Brighton, CO (Open to candidates from CO, WY, ND, or within a 7–10 hour drive)
Schedule: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off Rotation
Pay: $25–$38/hr DOE
Perks: Per Diem Housing Provided
Position Type: Full-Time or Contract-to-Hire
Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Pumping Supervisor to lead operations in the field. This is not an entry-level leadership role — we need someone who’s done the job, knows how to manage crews, and is confident working in high-pressure environments. Must hold a Class A CDL with no restrictions. This position can be full-time or contract-to-hire, depending on the candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead pumping crews during field operations
- Ensure equipment is set up, operated, and maintained properly
- Maintain clear communication between field teams and management
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols
- Provide on-site leadership, troubleshooting, and training
- Ensure job tickets and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in pumping operations is a must
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
- Willing to work a 14x7 rotational schedule
- Strong knowledge of pumping units and field operations
- Able to travel to and from Brighton, CO (housing provided if non-local)
