DAY TO DAY AS A EVENT PLANNING
As a Full-Time Event Planner at Uptown Caterers, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic role that emphasizes collaboration and creativity. You will engage with other planners to exchange ideas and best practices while speaking directly with clients to understand their vision for each event. Coordinating with the kitchen for innovative menu ideas will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, ensuring that every detail aligns with the clients' desires. You will meet with clients to choose menus, decor, and table settings that reflect their unique style.
Additionally, you will host clients during tastings, providing a hands-on experience that showcases our culinary offerings. Venue tours will also be part of your role, allowing you to present the ideal spaces for their special occasions.
