Role and Responsibilities
- Showing available units for rent; giving tours of building and amenities
- Assist prospective residents with the application process
- Collect paperwork for the application process
- Conduct lease signings and ensure the accuracy of all lease documents
- Track inventory, provide detailed traffic reports to Senior Management
- Conduct regular inspections of vacant units and common areas
- Interface with residents to address issues and concerns
- Work collaboratively with other departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-6 years of on-site leasing experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- On-Site, Yardi, Building Link, Nestio a plus
- Knowledge of rent stabilization laws and lease riders
- Must be able to work Saturdays or at least one weekend day
Compensation
$50,000 base plus commissions - expected earnings in the $90,000 - $110,000 range
