Job Description:
· We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Developer to join company’s PC Asset Management implementation team, dedicated to supporting global customers.
· This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers’ mission-critical objectives.
· In addition to migrating from our current Asset Management solution to HAM, this role may be asked to support our current Java/Perl platform until decommissioning.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions in alignment with client needs related to PC Asset Management
· Collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
· Design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HAM module.
· Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of IT Asset Management processes.
· Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.
Skills Required:
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management
· In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices
Skills Preferred:
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other relevant technologies
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications preferred
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred
Experience Required:
· Experience working in the ServiceNow environment
Education Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
