Job Description:

• We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Technical Systems Analyst to join our web development team, specializing in the creation and maintenance of marketing websites.

• This role is critical in ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives, deliver exceptional user experiences, and meet performance and scalability requirements.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to organize complex information and a passion for ensuring every detail is correct and complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to deeply

• understand business objectives and translate them into precise technical requirements.

• Work with the Digital Experience business analysts to ensure functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web

• development projects are comprehensively documented, and all details are accounted for.

System Design & Documentation

• Partner with developers to design robust technical solutions, including integrations with back-end systems, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Develop and maintain detailed system architecture diagrams, data flowcharts, and technical documentation, ensuring all records are up-to date and accurate.

Development Collaboration

• Act as a primary point of contact between developers and stakeholders,

• providing clear and organized communication to resolve technical challenges and clarify requirements.

• Monitor development progress to ensure adherence to requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with QA analysts and to create and execute thorough test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, paying close attention to edge cases and potential vulnerabilities.

• Identify, document, and resolve issues with a focus on accuracy and longterm solutions.

Support & Maintenance

• Continuously monitor website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring long-term scalability.

• Provide technical support for post-launch updates and resolve issues methodically and efficiently.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Stay current with the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and analytics tools.

• Recommend tools, technologies, and processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in the team’s work.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or similar role within a web development or marketing environment.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., Kentico, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience with API integrations, database management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

• Knowledge of SEO principles, responsive design, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA or similar project tracking tools, and version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Superior organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and complex requirements simultaneously.
