Role Overview
As the Product Manager for TMS and Portal Integration, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful solutions to our freight and logistics customers. Leveraging your industry expertise and drive, you'll manage the onboarding and integration of external TMS platforms and portals into Upwell's software ecosystem. You'll work collaboratively across teams to ensure our customers achieve success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding and Integration :
Spearhead integration projects for new customers, ensuring alignment with operational and technical requirements.
Own the product lifecycle for integration features, ensuring they address customer needs and industry trends.
Partner with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, robust integration solutions.
Define success metrics and monitor the performance of integration projects.
Act as the primary escalation point for integration-related challenges, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or implementation in freight, logistics, or supply chain industries.
Self-motivated and energetic, with a “can-do” attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
